In a LeadsRx account, there are three user roles defined:
 
REPORTS ONLY
 
  • CAN: View all on-screen reports, download CSV data where available, and create pin reports; modify date ranges, attribution models, and all other filters available
  • CAN: View customer journeys
  • CAN: Create demographic segmentation for personal use
  • CAN: Perform “what if” analysis for interactive optimization
  • CAN: Modify and save changes to their personal profile
  • CANNOT: View or modify account settings, integrations, or general settings found in the dropdown menu under the name of the account
  • CANNOT: Modify profile data or delete a profile
ADMINISTRATOR
  • CAN: Give individuals full access to all features and reports including the ability to add touchpoints, conversions, cost data, and offline data
  • CAN: Access API key/token for the given account
  • CAN: Create cohorts for personal use and for global use (shared with all other users on the account)
  • CAN: Add a content directory for tracking pieces of content that influenced conversions
  • CAN: Add/remove users to the account
PRIMARY OWNER
  • CAN: Act as the account holder responsible for billing and other account-related matters
  • CAN: Be the single Primary Owner of the account
