Linking Google Ads campaigns to LeadsRx touchpoints will allow you to get automatic updates of ad costs for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) analysis.
How Does The Google Ads Integration Work?
LeadsRx touchpoints can be associated with one or more Google Ads campaigns. Cost data will then be automatically imported from Google Ads each day, or, you can do this manually.
Automatic updates are done once each day after midnight Pacific time. For manual updates, you can visit the financial data entry page to start the update.
How to Integrate LeadsRx With Your Google Ads Account
Here are the steps to set up the integration:
- Log in to the Google account that manages the ads.
- In LeadsRx, using the drop-down menu under the name of your account at the top right of any page, select INTEGRATIONS.
- In the Google Ads box, click SETUP.
- On the next page, click EDIT. This will redirect you to Google to confirm the specific Google account you wish to connect with LeadsRx.
- Google will redirect you back to LeadsRx where you'll be prompted to select the Google Ads Account to connect with the LeadsRx profile (MCC accounts only).
- Select the update frequency you want. UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY means LeadsRx will automatically access Google once each day to retrieve cost data for your touchpoints.
- In the Google cost data mappings area, choose mappings between Google campaigns and LeadsRx touchpoints. Click ADD to add these to your list of mappings.
- Click SAVE.
