How Does the Facebook Integration Work?

LeadsRx touchpoints can be associated with one or more Facebook Ads campaigns. Then, cost data will be imported from Facebook Ads either automatically each day, or, you can do this manually.

Automatic updates are done once each day just after midnight Pacific time. For manual updates, you can visit the financial data entry page to start the update.

How to Integrate LeadsRx With Your Facebook Ads Account

 In order to set up this integration, please complete the following steps. 

  1. Log into your Facebook Ads account. Use this URL: https://business.facebook.com/.
  2. In LeadsRx, using the drop-down menu under the name of your account at the top right of any page, select INTEGRATIONS.
  3. In the Facebook box, click SETUP.
  4. On the next page, click EDIT. This will redirect you to Facebook to confirm the specific Facebook account you wish to connect with LeadsRx.
  5. Facebook will redirect you back to LeadsRx where you'll be prompted to enter your Facebook Ads Account ID. Provide this ID and click SAVE.
  6. Select the update frequency you want. UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY means LeadsRx will automatically access Facebook once each day to retrieve cost data for your touchpoints.
  7. In the Facebook cost data mappings area, choose mappings between Facebook campaigns and LeadsRx touchpoints. Click ADD to add these to your list of mappings.
  8. Click SAVE.
