Offline conversions can be used to capture events that cannot be picked up by the LeadsRx Universal Conversion Tracking Pixel directly. Examples of this include in-store sales and conversions logged by third-parties like call centers.
Before you can track this data, you'll need to create an offline conversion with these steps:
- Using the drop-down menu under your account name at the top right of any page, select SETTINGS.
- In the "conversions" box, select MANAGE.
- Click TRACK A CONVERSION and then add a name for your offline conversion.
- Select the conversion type, API OR UPLOAD.
- Click SAVE.
The offline conversion has now been created. You can trigger this conversion using the LeadsRx API or by uploading data from a CSV file.
