If you are running display ads, it can be helpful to get insight into views of your ads in addition to click-throughs. Not all display networks allow 3rd party impression pixels, but for those that do, here is how to create those impression pixels.

First, there will need to be a touchpoint for your display advertising. LeadsRx creates touchpoints automatically based on tracking parameters (the default is your value for utm_source=______) as well as other information about visits to your website.

If your display ads are running, you may already have a touchpoint in LeadsRx. If there isn't already a touchpoint for your display ads, you will first want to create one. 

CREATING IMPRESSION PIXELS 

  1. Using the drop-down menu under your account name at the top right of any page, select SETTINGS. 
  2. In the touchpoints block, select MANAGE.
  3. If you already have one or more touchpoint(s) for your display ads, find the touchpoint with the filter search box and click MANAGE->EDIT.
  4. In the Impression/View-through Tracking area, click "Create Impression Pixel."

Once the impression pixel is turned on, you will find the impression pixel code back in the touchpoints area. Once you find the touchpoint, you will be able to "View Impression Pixel" under the touchpoint. 

You will read the choices you have between using the Simple+ or Simple Pixel.
