LeadsRx allows you to upload post log data for your linear TV or radio advertising. Before you’re ready to upload broadcast advertising spots, you’ll want to make sure that your data matches the Spot Times Template  that LeadsRx requires for spot log uploads.  Follow the directions in the template exactly.

Check out these Tips on Using the Upload Template.

Uploading to a Touchpoint

If you don’t already have a touchpoint created for the broadcast data, a touchpoint will be created for you the first time you upload the data. The new touchpoint will be based on your touchpoint column in your CSV. If you already have one or more broadcast touchpoints created, the value entered in your touchpoint column should EXACTLY match the name in LeadsRx.

If all of your CSV file applies to only one touchpoint, you may select that touchpoint during the upload process, bypassing a touchpoint column in the spreadsheet.

Here are the steps to upload your data:

  1. Go to the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page.
  2. Click SETTINGS to View All.
  3. In the Broadcast Spot Uploads box, select BROWSE FOR YOUR FILE.
  4. Find the CSV file on your hard drive.

After your CSV file has been selected, you will see a screen with options for mapping the column headers of your file to the touchpoint(s) in LeadsRx. Some column headers may be automatically picked up and others will need to be assigned by you. For more tips, please read Mapping Spot Log Data During Upload.

Note: Once you've decided on how to map your data and what you want your extra dimensions to be, you MUST be consistent for all future uploads. This ensures all data has been mapped in the same way for analysis later.

Once the data is uploaded, you will see a message at the top of the screen telling you how many spots were added. Compare this to your CSV file to make sure all the data uploaded.
